Democrats now have an asterisk on their 51-seat majority within the U.S. Senate, with Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema saying she is going to change her celebration affiliation from Democrat to impartial. She would be the third impartial senator, becoming a member of Sen. Bernie Sanders and Sen. Angus King, who each caucus with Democrats.
