Tyre Nichols protesters blocked visitors on a Memphis freeway Friday evening after video was launched displaying police beating the younger Black man as they tried to arrest him.

“Arise, battle again,” the protesters chanted on the I-55 bridge, video captured by Fox Information exhibits.

Protesters gathered and marched after an hour of video footage was launched displaying police beat Nichols. The 29-year-old was hospitalized after the encounter, however died three days later.
