LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A longtime Louisville police officer who additionally served as a visitors reporter has died.
Capt. Dick Tong died on the age of 86 on Saturday morning surrounded by his household at Baptist East Hospital.
Tong, a U.S. Navy veteran, retired from the Louisville Police Division with over 30 years of service. He additionally flew the visitors helicopter as he reported on visitors for 97WAVE radio.
