Shelter opens new ‘technology corner’ in Charleston, West Virginia

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — The YWCA Sojourner’s Shelter in Charleston unveiled its new “Optimum Know-how Nook” on Thursday.

Optimum gave $6,000 to purchase desktop computer systems, displays, audio system and webcams to offer the shelter with higher entry to know-how.

These assets open up potentialities for these battling homelessness.
