Indraprastha Institute of Info Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) signed an MoU to determine an Electropreneur Park (EP) on the IIIT-Delhi campus.
The Electropreneur Park goals to create an ecosystem for nurturing the entrepreneurs & startups by means of mutual cooperation and collaboration within the space of Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and allied fields.
The MOU has been signed with the IIIT-Delhi with Software program Technology Parks of India (STPI), AIC STPINEXT INITIATIVES (STPI NEXT), Expertise Innovation Hub at Indraprastha Institute of Info Expertise, Delhi (IHub Anubhuti), and India Electronics and Semiconductor Affiliation (IESA).
As per the institute, the Electropreneur Park will primarily aspire to contribute to the ESDM progress in India with the target of making a pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration service for Startups and MSMEs. The EP may even create a community of ‘Spoke Centres’ to nurture college students & budding entrepreneurs from chosen Institutes & Incubation centres to advertise ESDM Innovation.
