A spokesperson for the SCCRC advised The Scotsman: “The SCCRC lodged a petition for sequestration of Mr Sheridan at Glasgow Sheriff Courtroom in April in respect of excellent judicial bills due by Mr Sheridan to the SCCRC.
“The petition for sequestration was granted by the courtroom and the matter is within the fingers of a court-appointed trustee.”
