A lady who refuses to cope with a rodent infestation in her house due to her “moral vegan” beliefs — resulting in mice overrunning her neighbours’ houses — has been fined for a second time.
Margaret Manzoni, 73, has pushed a few of her neighbours out of their houses by feeding the mice, who she sees as her “pets”, resulting in property injury and an overwhelming scent.
The girl, who lives in north-east Essex, England, ignored notices issued by Tendring District Council ordering her to cope with the infestation, in addition to a courtroom order made in April.
