Town is spending $2,466,488 in American Rescue Plan funding for this system and obtained a $450,000 Ohio Division of Well being grant.
The 4 workplaces for the well being enchancment zones will probably be positioned at Worth Memorial AME Zion Church, 920 Dryden Ave., on the East Facet; Ohev Beth Shalom, 119 Elm St., on the North Facet; Needles Eye Christian Life Middle, 74 Kenmore Ave., on the South Facet; and Grace Evangelistic Temple, 2214 Mahoning Ave., on the West Facet.
A neighborhood well being advocate supervisor to supervise this system and neighborhood well being advocates for every of the 4 sides of town have been employed for the well being enchancment zones program, Well being Commissioner Erin Bishop mentioned.
