HOUSTON (CW39) — An 8-year-old Texas homicide thriller is nearer to being solved after investigators charged a person flying again from China with capital homicide.
The Solar household, which consisted of a mother and pop, together with two boys, ages 9 and seven, had been discovered shot to loss of life of their house in northwest Harris County again in January 2014.
There have been no suspects on the time of their killings.
However on Wednesday, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted Feng Lu was arrested by San Francisco police after getting off of a flight from China.
Lu, 58, is being held within the San Mateo County Jail in California and shall be extradited to Texas. Lu shall be charged with 4 counts of capital homicide, Gonzalez stated.
New DNA know-how reportedly helped tie Feng Lu to the case.
Deputies say Lu dedicated the murders as a result of the daddy, a co-worker, wouldn’t give him a great advice.
