RICHLAND, Wash.-
Christ Reykdal, Washington State Superintendent of Public Instruction visits the WSU Tri-Cities Campus on Saturday to talk about the significance of training within the state.
The occasion offered native educators and directors the chance to study extra about subjects like STEM training, leadershop and Inclusion, Variety Fairness and Entry (I.D.E.A).
The $15 occasion included a fill lunch for the six hour occasion.
Reykdal has led the Washington State Workplace of Superintendent of Public Instruction since 2017. He is centered his work on fairness, supporting adn offering transparency to highschool districts.
Reykdal’s presentation centered on bilingual training within the state.
“We’ve got an important schedule deliberate for lecturers, principals and others in training that’s geared towards pupil success, revolutionary educating methods and customarily, easy methods to higher attain college students by means of instructional methods,” stated Judy Morrison, WSU Tri-Cities educational director of training.
Over 130 lecturers from across the Tri-Cities and surrounding attended the occasion in hopes of inspiring and educating future generations.
Reykdal is a WSU Alumni himself and later went to earn a grasp’s from the College of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
