The Dialogue Undertaking is accepting purposes for a brand new course beginning in January!
A free on-line course, The Discussion Project Virtual helps UW–Madison instructors and leaders in designing and implementing equitable, inclusive, and interesting on-line (quite than in-person) synchronous video convention dialogue for teams of 40 or fewer.
Although centered on on-line dialogue, the abilities realized are extremely transferable to in-person settings.
The course consists of seven, two-hour synchronous periods through Zoom, every preceded by an hour of asynchronous work. Classes will happen on Fridays, 1 – 3 p.m., from Jan. 27 – Mar. 10.
Funding for The Discussion Project is supplied by the Andrew W. Mellon Basis and the Karen A. Falk Distinguished Chair of Training Fund. It operates inside the Wisconsin Middle for Training Analysis, which is housed inside the Faculty of Training. Dean Diana Hess is the mission’s principal investigator.
