Elgin Neighborhood Faculty’s Multicultural and World Initiatives Committee will current the most recent of its Black Lives Matter collection at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1 through Zoom. The session is titled “Why Are Some College students Being Left Behind? What Can We Do About It?”
The occasion is free and open to the general public.
In line with a information launch from the school, this system will start with a historic perspective to know why some college students are being left behind, why there are few college and directors of colour and why those who do exist are sometimes excluded. The occasion’s panelists will share their insights into what their establishments are doing to fight inequalities.
