HONOLULU – On Oct. 1, 2022, Gov. David Ige will journey to San Francisco for a collection of conferences with credit standing companies. The governor and members of his group are working to safe favorable bond scores that may permit the state to borrow cash on the lowest rates of interest attainable.
Any financial savings from diminished curiosity funds will lead to extra normal fund monies that will likely be out there for inexpensive housing, training, well being, and different vital state packages. The state is primarily pursuing funding for brand new capital enchancment tasks.

Gov. Ige is scheduled to return to Honolulu on Oct. 5, 2022. Lt. Gov. Josh Inexperienced will function performing governor whereas Gov. Ige is out of city.
