Charlotte’s Internet Holdings, Inc. (the “Firm”), appointed Alicia Morga to the
Firm’s board of administrators, till her successor shall have been duly elected
and certified or till her earlier resignation or elimination. Ms. Morga’s appointment to the Firm’s board of administrators was efficient instantly
following the departure of Jean Birch, who notified the Firm and the board of
administrators of her rapid retirement from the board of administrators, which the
Firm’s board of administrators accepted. Ms. Morga’s time period will expire concurrently
