Shirley E. Olson, 82, of Cider Mill Hill Street, Russell, Pa., handed away on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, at UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pa..
She was born at house on June 1, 1940, in Russell, Pa., a daughter of the late Virgil and Irene Carlstrom Williams.
Shirley was a 1958 graduate of Eisenhower Excessive College.
For a few years, she was a member of Wiltsie Neighborhood Church, the place she served as a girls aide.
On the household property she had many apple bushes and grew many different fruit and greens. She would decide, type, and take what she grew to a neighborhood fruit stand.
She loved stitching, gardening, {golfing} with associates, and making rugs utilizing a loom, which she was nonetheless doing a couple of weeks in the past.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Sherwood B. Olson; a son, Mark Olson of Sugar Grove; a daughter, Terrie Olson of Russell; a brother, Kenneth (Sue) Williams of Warren; a sister, Emma (Dale) Munson of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and several other nieces and nephews.
Along with her mother and father, she was preceded in dying by a son, Barry J. Olson on Dec. 7, 2020; and a sister, Jackie Williams.
Associates will probably be acquired from 1 to three p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022, within the Peterson Funeral House, Frewsburg. A non-public service will probably be held on the comfort of the household.
Burial will probably be in Hale Cemetery, Akeley, Pa.
