The Jakarta Islamic Centre Grand Mosque in Indonesia was destroyed Wednesday after its enormous dome collapsed following a large hearth. A dramatic video clip, which has gone viral on social media, exhibits the dome of the mosque collapsing amid a plume of smoke and dirt.
Previous to the collapse, footage exhibits flames popping out of the gray dome and firefighters attempting to carry the hearth underneath management.

The hearth was reported at round 3 pm native time and at the very least 10 hearth engines had been dispatched to the scene to sort out it, stated a Gulf Immediately report quoting Indonesian media. It added that the reason for the hearth is unknown.
The mosque, present process renovations, was surrounded by scaffolding when the incident occurred. Nobody was injured and an investigation is on to determine its trigger.
The mosque, located in a fancy alongside training, business and analysis amenities, had caught hearth 20 years in the past in October 2002. It had taken over 5 hours to extinguish the hearth at the moment.
